Academic Calendar.
23.12. The student shall submit the result of the online course to the Dean
9 office through his/her Advisor
Tabulatio 23.13. Tabulation of the results shall be done from the examiners‟ reports
n of 1 (Internal and External examination) in the office of the Dean and the
Results Registrar separately, simultaneously and independently of each other
within four days from the last date of the receipt of the report.
23.13. Each tabulation sheet shall be signed by the concerned official.

23.13. After collation of the results, the office of the Registrar shall
3 transcribe the grades on the individual student‟s transcript each
semester on the Acad. Form-28(c) to be called as „Detailed Marks
Certificate‟.
23.13. The Credits and Grades earned from online courses shall be also
4 tabulated and included in „Detailed Marks Certificate‟. The online
course should be indicated by affixing „#‟ against the Course No in
the „Detailed Marks Certificate‟.
Preparatio 23.14. After collation of the results, the office of the Registrar shall

23.14. The persons deputed for this purpose shall further check the
2 transcribed grades on the transcript and sign them individually.
23.14. After final declaration of results of the semester the credits earned
3 by the students shall be credited to the students account in the
Academic Bank of Credit.
Significan 23.15. Each course will have examinations as laid down in Academic
ce of 1 Regulations and evaluation will be made for each component, and
Grade marks so obtained will be added and converted to percentage of
marks which will be divided by 10 to calculate grade point in 10
point scale system. This shall be restricted to one decimal place.
23.15. For non-credit courses „S‟ or „US‟ letter grade shall be awarded to
2 indicate „Satisfactory‟ OR “Unsatisfactory‟, respectively and this
will not be counted for computation of SGPA/CGPA/OCGPA.
23.15. A student obtaining Grade „F‟ or „US‟ shall be considered as failed
3 and will be required to reappear in the examination.
Scrutiny 23.16. There shall be provision of scrutiny of answerbook(s) of Theory
of Answer 1 (external examination) for which a fee of Rs.200/- per paper shall be
Books and charged. The student shall have to apply for scrutiny on the Acad.
Rectificati Form-29(d)alongwith the prescribed fee within 10 days of the
on of declaration of the results.
Errors
23.16. The Dean shall arrange the scrutiny of answerbook(s) by a
