Advisory 23.5.1 At the start of VII (VIII semester in case of Academic Project)
Committe semester the student will be allotted an Advisory Committee for the
e supervision of research/project work to be taken up by the student.
The Committee shall be comprised of:
i. Research Advisor/Project Supervisor
ii. Students‟ Advisor/Tutorallotted at the enrollment of the student
iii. Any faculty member of the discipline/ related discipline.

Online 23.6.1 A student may be allowed to take maximum of 40 per cent of the total
Courses credits of each category offered in a particular programme in a
semester through the online learning courses.
A student will have the option to earn creditby completing quality-
assured MOOC programmes offered on the SWAYAM portal or any
otheronlineeducationalplatformapprovedbytheUGC/regulatorybodyfr
omtimetotime.
23.6.2 The system of evaluation for online courses shall be as per the terms
and conditions of SWAYAM portal/any other online educational
platform approved by the UGC/regulatory body from time to time.
23.6.3 At the time of offering of the courses of each semester, the Head of
the Departmentshall notify the list of online courses in consultation
with the concerned faculty members.

Distributio 23.7.1 The performance shall be judged out of 100 marks in a course as per

Note: The online courses for which the students enroll shall be
evaluated as per the schedule of the online portal from which the
courses are offered. The grade/marks of such courses shall be taken
up and included in the transcript/DMC as per the information in the
Academic Bank of Credit. The system of evaluation for online
courses shall be as per the terms and conditions of SWAYAM
portal/any other online educational platform approved by the
UGC/regulatory body from time to time.
