  1. Dr. Rajesh Rajput joined as Head of the Department on 24.2.2015.
  2. Dr. Parul Shukla joined as Assistant Professor in the department on 19-04-2017.
  3. Dr. Divya Gupta joined as Assistant Professor in the department on 14-06-2017.

Honors and Awards:

  • Dr R.L.Bhardwaj received national I.C.A.R. award for the team research work for the Biennium 1985-86on June 30th, 1987.
  • Dr D.N.Sharma received ICAR Best teacher award, University level in 1992
  • Dr R.L.Bhardwaj awarded ICAR Senior Research Fellowship during Ph.D. in 1993-1996.
  • Dr R.L.Bhardwaj awarded merit scholarship during Ph.D. study from 1993 to 1996 (But did not avail   due to ICAR fellowship).
  • Dr R.L.Bhardwaj awarded plaque of honor on silver jubilee celebration by C C S- H A U Hisar 1995-96.
  • Dr Virender Pathak, Dr D.N. Sharma.Dr Paramasivan and Dr Archana  Pathak was awarded best poster award in XIV convocation of Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists held at PAU ,Ludhiana from October 27-29,1999.
  • Dr Archana Pathak and Dr D.N. Sharma was awarded best poster award in XVII annual convocation of Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists held at Bombay, from Nov, 14-16, 2002.
  • The CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar felicitated D.N.Sharma and Dr R.L. Bhardwaj on being recipient of ICAR award for team research award in 1985-86 for their outstanding contributions in Animal Sciences on February 2, 1994.
  • Dr D.N.Sharma was awarded Fellow of National Academy of Veterinary Sciences (India} in 1999.

  • Dr D.N.Sharma was awarded fellow of Indian Association for advancement in Veterinary Research in February,2001
  • Dr Rajesh Rajput and Dr D.N.Sharma received best paper award of Himachal Pradesh veterinary Journal in 2001.
  • Dr R.L.Bhardwaj awarded appreciation Certificate by the Organizing Committee of XIX Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Veterinary Pathologists held on September 26-28, 2002 at CSKHPKV, Palampur.
  • Dr Archana Pathak got the IAAVR Award-2005 as best lady veterinarian at in the annual convocation held at Bikaner from 31st Dec.-1st January, 2005.
  • Best poster award to Dr.R.L. Bhardwaj on the presentation of paper authored by Virender Pathak, R.L.Bhardhwaj and D.N.Sharma in National symposium held at Kolkata from November 16-18, 2004.
  • Andleeb, Rajesh Rajput and R.L.Bhardwaj.2010.Histochemical studies on small intestine of Gaddi goat. Paper presented at xxv annual convention & National symposium of IAVA held at Puducherry from oct.27-29,2010.Awarded Best paper in Histology, Histochemistry and electron microscopy section.
  • “Award of Excellence” on Silver jubilee celebration in xxiii annual convocation of Indian Association of veterinary Anatomists & National symposium (November 5-7, 2008) at Department of Veterinary Anatomy and Histology, CCs HAU Hisar-125004.
  • Honored in International congress on Veterinary Anatomy & symposium on "New concept & innovative Technologies in Veterinary Anatomy of the sustainable Livestock production in the New Millennium" & 24th convocation of Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists from November 4-6, 2009 at Hotel Taj Residency, Lucknow for chairing as reporters in the scientific session.
  • Biography published in Who's Who in Asia 2012 (2nd Edition).
  • Dr. A.M. Srivastva Gold Plated silver medal and Award for outstanding M.V.Sc. Research in Anatomy to Dr. Parul Shukla by Indian Association of Veterinary Anatomists at XXVIII Annual Convention & National Symposium held at Bikaner, 2014.

  • Dr Rajesh Rajput has joined as Professor in the Department on 27-8-2013.
