The Estate cell of the University came in to existence in 1978 when the CSKHPKV was established to cater the need of infrastructure development.

Estate Office is comprising of following units i.e

·  Estate office to be headed by S.E. Cum E.O.

·  Architect Cell to be headed by Architect.

·  Construction Division (Civil & IPH) to be headed by E.E. ( C ). 

·  Design wing (Civil & Structural Design) to be headed by E.E. ( D ).

·  Electrical Division to be headed by E.E. ( E ).
