Note:- 1. The existing Internet Subscribers whose forms will not reach the office of UNS till 31.03.2018 will be made inactive on 01.04.2018.
2. In case of in-active UNS accounts, the UNS office will permanently delete the respective UNS account after waiting for response from existing subscriber till 30.04.2018.
3. Error(s) if any may please be brought into the notice of UNS.
