Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kangra came into existence on 19th January, 2000 with 100 percent financial assistance from Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The Centre has Museum cum Information Hall, Library, Training Hall and independent sitting facility for all Specialists.  In addition for providing residential facility to the trainees from far flung areas of the district during long term On Campus training programmes a Farmer’s Hostel with accommodation for 25 farmers has also been completed.
