Under Graduate:

 Department of Veterinary Parasitology is imparting              undergraduate teaching to the B.V.Sc.and A.H. Programme of the college as per the Minimum Standards of Veterinary   Education, Degree Course-B.V.Sc. &A.H., Regulations, 1993.

     Post Graduate:

The department has Masters Programme in the subject and also offers the courses (as minor) for the students of other departments.

To identify the economically important parasites of animals in different agro-climatic zones of H.P. and formulate suitable control measures against them.

To provide information for the parasitic diseases of animals and their management to the livestock owners/farmers.
