The students are provided with a free facility for all the above mentioned investigations.

1. The UHC provides daycare health facility to the students, employees and their families.    On an average annually 7000 to 8000 patients are treated at this centre.

2. The retirees / pensioners and their families are also provided consultation and treatment as and when needed.

3. In addition medical examinations of the of the new admission (UG&PG), new job entrants, research scholars and NCC cadets going for various camps are done by UHC. 

4. Similar health care needs of the employees and family members of the adjoining IHBT and those visiting from nearby villages are also taken care of.

5. In addition to routine OPD, health centre staff is also deputed for first aid support during the various Functions like sports meet, cultural events, National festival celebrations etc. Giving first aid in case of emergencies and referrals to higher institution if need be.
