ACHIEVEMENTS
· Qualified ICAR National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by ASRB in the professional subject Soil Science – Soil Chemistry / Fertility / Microbiology during Oct. 2001.
- Working as Research Associate from April, 2002 to Dec. 2003 in the ad-hoc project entitled “Development of Eco-friendly and Women oriented production and protection technologies for rice based cropping system”. Under this project, we also conducted different farm trials on farmers’ fields.
- Practical training in floriculture, mushroom production, fruit production, tissue culture, bee keeping, agriculture marketing etc. for six months.
- Founder member of a co-operative society “Unnati” involved in cultivation, processing and marketing of medicinal, aromatic and Dye crops in lower Shivaliks.
DOCTORAL RESEARCH
“Studies on the effect of nutrient dynamics and Lantana addition in rice-wheat cropping system”
MASTER RESEARCH
“Studies on the effect of Rhizobium culture inoculation and phosphorus in French bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) in an acid alfisol”.
